What does the free trial include?

The full Basic plan for 30 days: menu, QR codes, printing, languages, offers and allergens. No card needed. When the month ends the menu pauses until you pick a plan, and everything you added stays saved.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. They open the phone camera, scan the code, and the menu opens in the browser.

If I change a price, do I reprint the code?

No. The code never changes, and every edit shows to guests instantly.

Which currency do I pay in?

Your own country's, set from your mobile number's country code at signup. Your bank is charged the equivalent in Egyptian pounds through Fawry, at the exchange rate at the time of payment.

How do I pay?

Through Fawry: card, mobile wallet, or a reference number to pay cash at any Fawry outlet. Your plan switches on as soon as the payment goes through.

Do I have to renew every month?

Renewal isn't automatic, so nothing is charged without your OK. We email you a week before your plan ends, and yearly saves you 17%.

Can my team use the dashboard?

Yes. Invite your branch manager or cashier by email. A cashier sees only the kitchen screen and orders, and can't edit the menu or see invoices.

Can I change the template after I start?

Yes, any time with one tap. Your items and prices stay exactly as they are.
