Privacy policy

Last updated: 2026-10-27

This policy explains what Menulest collects when you use menulest.com, the restaurant dashboard and the menus we host, and how we use it.

What we collect

  • Account details: restaurant name, your name, email, mobile number and country.
  • Menu content you add: items, prices, photos, logos and contact links.
  • Billing records: plan, amounts and payment references. Card details are entered on Fawry's page and never reach our servers.
  • Menu usage: which items guests open, searches and order details. We do not store guests' IP addresses; visits are counted with an anonymous ID that changes daily.
  • Messages guests choose to send through the menu, such as ratings and a phone number they type.

How we use it

  • To run your menu and dashboard, and to keep your account secure.
  • To send account emails: verification, receipts, renewal reminders and important notices.
  • To send occasional offers about your plan. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • To improve Menulest, using totals rather than individual guests.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers that run the service for us (hosting, email delivery, the Fawry payment gateway) or when the law requires it.

Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language, and know how visitors found us (for example, a campaign link). Menus remember a guest's language and allergy filter in their own browser.

Your choices

You can update your details from the dashboard, ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account by writing to support@menulest.com.
