By creating a Menulest account or using a menu hosted on Menulest you agree to these terms.
The service
Menulest provides digital menus, QR codes, a printable menu, a dashboard and, depending on your plan, analytics, ordering and an ad screen. We may improve or change features over time.
Your account
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including staff accounts you invite.
- The content you add (names, prices, photos, allergen and calorie information) is yours, and you are responsible for its accuracy.
Free trial
New accounts can get one free trial of the Basic plan for 30 days, once per restaurant, email and phone number. When it ends the menu pauses until a plan is paid.
Payment and renewal
- Prices are shown in your account currency. Payment is processed by Fawry in Egyptian pounds at the equivalent amount at the time of payment; your bank may add currency fees.
- Plans don't renew automatically. If a plan is not renewed, the menu stays open for a 3-day grace period, then pauses. Your content stays saved.
- Payments are not refundable once a period has started, unless the law in your country says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Don't use Menulest for anything illegal, misleading or harmful, or to upload content you don't have the right to use. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
We work to keep menus online at all times but can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.
